Alex & Ayesha Bachata Accelerator: Level 2

Following the success of our first Accelerator Program, we’re excited to launch Accelerator Level 2. Designed specifically for improver to intermediate dancers, this 5-week training program will continue building on the foundations developed in Level 1 while helping you complete the syllabus and fill in the missing pieces that create stronger, more confident social dancers. Over 10 hours of focused training, we’ll continue developing the concepts, techniques, and training methods introduced in Level 1, allowing us to go deeper into connection, movement, musicality, and partnerwork while strengthening the foundations that make great dancing possible. This is not a choreography course. Instead, we’ll focus on understanding the mechanics behind movement and connection, helping you develop skills that can be applied naturally with any partner on the social floor. Throughout the program, we’ll explore: ✨ Different holds and connection systems ✨ Cabres and dynamic movement ✨ Breaks and directional changes ✨ Higher-level basic steps and variations ✨ Connecting sensual movements together ✨ Flow, timing and musical interpretation ✨ More challenging drills and exercises ✨ Techniques designed to accelerate long-term progression The goal of Level 2 is not simply to learn more moves. The goal is to complete the framework, strengthen your foundations, and deepen your understanding of how social dancing actually works. By the end of the program, you’ll have a clearer understanding of movement, stronger connection skills, better body awareness, and more confidence adapting your dancing on any social floor.
