Dynamic Bachata Workshop: Flow & Transitions

Join Alex & Ayesha for the first edition of our Dynamic Bachata Workshop Series. This month we’ll be focusing on one of the biggest factors that separates average social dancers from great ones: Flow & Transitions. Many dancers learn lots of moves but struggle to connect them smoothly. In this workshop we’ll explore how to create more natural movement, seamless transitions, and a more enjoyable experience for both leader and follower. Expect a deep dive into: • Creating smoother transitions between movements • Maintaining connection throughout the dance • Eliminating awkward stops and resets • Building flow through lead and follow techniques • Using movement quality rather than more patterns Workshop Format: 🕑 2:00pm – 5:00pm • 2.5 hours of focused training • 30 minutes of supervised social practice • Direct feedback from Alex & Ayesha • Optional group social activity afterwards 💰 £35 per person Suitable for High Beginner and improvers dancers looking to develop better movement, connection, and social dance confidence.
